Common questions about Delivery Schedule

How is the expected delivery date set?
The expected date on a PO = PO creation date + vendor lead time. You can also manually set an expected date per PO at creation time.
What counts as a "late" delivery?
A PO is flagged late when today's date is past the expected arrival date and the PO is still in Open or Partially Received status.
Can I filter by vendor or warehouse?
Yes. The delivery schedule report can be filtered by vendor, destination warehouse, or date range to focus on what's relevant.
Does the delivery schedule update when I receive a PO?
Yes. When you record a receipt, the PO is removed from the schedule (or updated to partial) in real time.
