Automatically rounds order quantities up to the minimum order quantity and unit-of-measure for each vendor.
Order quantity = (lead_time + days_of_stock) × velocity − current_stock − on_order + min_stock.
Subtracts quantities already on open purchase orders so you never over-order.
Items where days-until-stockout ≤ lead time are flagged as critical and sorted to the top.
